COOPERATION WITH COLEXON

In January 2010 SBY has signed the EPC long-term partnership agreement with COLEXON Energy AG (www.colexon.com).

Under this agreement SBY and COLEXON will exclusively cooperate in Israel in the establishment of PV power plants in a capacity between 51KWP to 5MW, in accordance with the applicable Israeli Electric Authority regulations, and will provide their customers (land and roof owners, investors, financial institutions, etc.) with full turn-key services, including designing, licensing, engineering, development, authorization, construction, and operation & maintenance of the PV plants.

COLEXON will act as the main contractor and will provide SBY with all technical and commercial information necessary for the preparation of commercial offers to customers, examination of feasibility of the projects and on–site supervision, coordination and management services (technical, engineering, statutory, etc.) and be responsible for the quality of the EPC services performed and for the equipment  installed. SBY as a sub-constructor will perform the following services: licensing – all approvals, licenses, and permits which are necessary under IEA regulations; design, construction and operation of the projects.
